Kit - 7-3/4 x 2-3/16 x 6" 19.7 x 5.6 x 15.2cm

This Walthers Cornerstone Background Building provides a smooth, realistic transition between 3-D foreground scenes and printed or painted backgrounds. Generations have called brick apartments like Parkview Terrace home. Whether bright and new in the steam-era, run-down on the "wrong side of the tracks" in the 1970s or remodeled as upscale condos in the present, Parkview Terrace Apartments are a great way to add detailed big city buildings along your railroad right-of-way.

Like the real thing, this model puts the most building in the least space. The kit can be used on the edge of your benchwork, along a shelf or modular layout and in dioramas. When placed against your background scene, or against a module skyboard, it gives the scene a deeper look in only a couple of inches. Designed for easy construction, you can build this kit as a three-story building or shorten it using cut lines molded on the inside. The building also comes with a variety of add-on details, a partial roof and colorful decals.

Designed for use between scenery and painted or printed background
Easily add depth between rearmost tracks and your backdrop
Easy-to-build plastic kit
Great for steam or diesel-era layouts
Brick three-story building back
Detailed wooden stairways with landings
Fits 1920s to present layouts
Molded in appropriate colors
