Water-Foam is a heavy, extra-opaque white acrylic that can be applied directly from the bottle. Formulated to simulate the raised crests of waves, it can be sculpted with a palette knife or dry-brushed to form whirls and wakes on the surface of tinted water gels. Dries quickly to a hard, white surface.
