The GE C30-S7MP is a 3,000 hp microprocessor “Super 7” rebuild (the “MP”), six-axle, with a turbocharged GE 7FDL-16. Rebuilt in 1994 from FNM (Ferromex predecessor) power, these units look much like the Dash 8-40C and still run for Ferromex today.
This version recreates a Ferromex unit in the “Diabla Diexanos” scheme with a Prime Strato-Lite rotary beacon, supplied with an ESU LokSound 5 DCC and sound decoder and road-number and era-specific details.
