The PL-11 is a twin-coil solenoid motor that fixes to the side of the turnout rather than beneath the baseboard, ideal for thin-topped layouts and modules. It operates on a pulse and pairs perfectly with Peco Streamline and Setrack turnouts. A supply of around 16V AC at 2A is recommended, and an accessory such as the PL-13 can be added for frog polarity switching.
