Into modern commuter trains? This Rapido Trains CEM bilevel car, in GO Transit / Metrolinx colors, nails the look of Greater Toronto's trains.

What sets this model apart is Rapido's signature prototype fidelity. The BiLevel double-deck coach was designed by GO Transit and Hawker Siddeley Canada in the mid-1970s; delivered from 1976 and built in Thunder Bay, Ontario by Hawker Siddeley/Can-Car, UTDC and then Bombardier, it became North America's standard bilevel commuter car. This model reproduces a car in current GO Transit / Metrolinx colors. Rapido faithfully reproduces the carbody, detailed interior and version-specific detailing. Constant interior lighting (DC and DCC), tinted windows and free-rolling trucks: it is all here.
