Pre-Order Policy
Items offered for pre-order allow you to reserve a product before it arrives in store. By confirming a pre-order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Reservation and Deposit
A deposit equal to 10% of the total amount is required at the time the pre-order is placed. This deposit is used to reserve the requested product.
Price and Remaining Balance
The price applicable to your pre-order is the price displayed and accepted at the time the order is confirmed, subject to applicable taxes and, where applicable, shipping fees indicated at checkout.
The remaining balance must be paid before shipping or at the time of in-store pickup, depending on the delivery method selected.
Modification or Cancellation by the Customer
You may request cancellation of your pre-order up to 45 days before the estimated in-store arrival date. In this case, the deposit paid may be converted into store credit applicable toward a future purchase.
After this period, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to any rights provided under applicable laws.
Estimated Arrival Date
Any arrival date provided is approximate only. It may change due to circumstances beyond our control, including delays caused by the manufacturer, carrier, or customs services.
Product Availability
We will contact you as soon as the product becomes available for in-store pickup or shipping.
If we are unable to supply the product ordered, you will be notified as soon as possible. In such a case, any amount paid for this pre-order, including the deposit, will be refunded in full using the original method of payment, subject to any other obligations required by law.
Pre-Order Confirmation
Following your order, a written confirmation will be sent to you by email. We recommend that you keep this confirmation for your records.
Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
When an order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, processing and shipping may be completed separately or once all items become available, according to the terms indicated at the time of purchase.
Applicable Warranties
Products sold by our store may be covered by warranties provided under applicable laws, including legal warranties where applicable. These warranties are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
