Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.

Orders are shipped using the following carriers: Canada Post, Purolator, CanPar, and UPS. The carrier selected depends on the destination, the type of order, and the options chosen at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier’s conditions, regardless of our processing time.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available free of charge. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing.
