What sets this model apart is its accuracy: this International wide-vision caboose reproduces a survivor of the WFE (Western Fruit Express) rebuild program as it ran in the 2016-and-later era on BNSF. From the 1972-built ICC caboose group, it carries the modern lettering of the period, including the yellow reflective conspicuity stripes. The roofwalk is gone — but the telltale supports remain, as do the fine holes left by the old bolts — and the side windows have been plated over. Interior lighting and red FRA lights at each end.
