Risers are generally used with Incline/Decline Starters to create varying grades on your layout. Risers are easily flexed to form curves and work on plywood or foam bases. To install, pin in place with Foam Nails and attach with Foam Tack™ Glue or Low Temp Foam Glue Gun and Glue Sticks.
Risers are installed wherever track will be laid on curves or straights. The pieces lift the track above the surrounding area, like the subroadbed on the prototype, so it's easy to add low-lying scenery such as a creek or other formations.
